- Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
3. Monthly Retainer Services
For recurring monthly services:
- Fees are billed in advance.
- You may cancel future billing by providing written notice before your next billing cycle.
- Refund requests submitted within 7 business days of payment will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.
4. Project-Based Services
For fixed-price projects:
- Deposits and milestone payments may be refundable only if requested within 7 business days and if the corresponding work has not been substantially completed.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, we may deduct the value of work already performed.
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us so we can work to resolve your concerns promptly.
Unjustified chargebacks may constitute a breach of our Terms of Service.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
